Pics of my "IB bass pod thing"
Not sure what else to call it. Its in the trunk of my GS300. Basically, all three 12's fire up through one 12" hole in the rear deck. They are infinite baffle...there is no enclosure. This gives very smooth roll of, and great low frequency extension, but I give up some SPL to get there.
For those of you not familiar with the 1st Gen GS300's, the gas tank is right behind the seat, which pretty much wipes out any other sort of IB mount. I could have done 1, maybe 2 12's in the rear deck (I did end up rebuilding it out of 3/4 MDF anyway), but not 3. And this helps keep deck rattles and stuff down. You can see in the second picture that I still have a fair amount of trunk left.
Now, I just have to add my 198 band EQ, stash some wires, build a couple trim panels, and put the spare in.

You guys have got to sit inside and hear the realness, theres no separation from his front components at all.
