woah need help with amp...
alright alright i have a mrd-m1000 alpine amp powering 2 alpine type r's... and for some reason like a week ago if i turn up the volume up some not even high the subs turn off... the amp turns off and the blue light stays on.. and than itll kick back on when ever it feels like but sometimes i have to turn the amp off than back on to get it to work... and ideas on what this could be from?

Take an ohms meter to the terminals and verify an impedance of greater than 2ohms.
Also look at
Amp temperature - faulty amps will heat up very fast at any volume.
Loose connections - arking power connections can damage the amp and cause it to enter protect. loose speaker connections can do the same thing.
Something vibrating against the amp terminals - Once I left a screwdriver on my back seats and it kept bumping up against the terminals. I spent a few hours rewiring the speaker leads till I discovered it... ok not a very hours it was like 5 minutes but still
