Has anyone on here made one like that or could point me in the direction of a shop that has done work close to that?

What size subs and where are you trying to put them? Is it an extended cab?

2 kick L7's and yes it is extended. It will be some form of box under the rear bench seat

Again, what size? Seriously doubt you're going to fit anything bigger than a 10 back there, and even then it's probably going to require a decent amount of custom fabrication.
