I dont carry a key for my car so keyless entry is all I use. I think anyone with keyless entry uses it more than the key. and dont get me started on the trunk - a key? please I think my keyslots are probably rusted by now. I would be so fukd if the battery died in my remote.

No I leave the key in the ignition. With the oem theft deterrent set to level 5 it cuts power to the fuel pump until you disarm it with the keyfob. The car will crank and drive for about 30 seconds before the fuel runs out. I found this out the hard way when I drove it off the dealer lot and it shut off 500 feet away.

I feel bad for the sales lady who came to help me I cursed a great deal.

The stock one for the fuel kill and an ebay specialty alarm for the shock/tip/motion sensor and soon auto window roll up and rain sensor for my sunroof after I find the source wire for it.

I didnt feel like paying 80$ for the passkey bypass box that allows me crank the car without the magnetic code in the key so I just leave it in there. if anyone can figure out how to disable both the alarms and hotwire the fuel pump then they deserve my car more than me anyways.
