Default high end componet speakers..

I have been looking into some, but I dont know where to hear them for myself, so ill ask you guys..
I am debating between infinity kappa 6.5 componters or the kicker RS (or SS) componet speakers. what are you guy's thoughts on them??? would you also consider the polk momo's??

kappas are super clean, momos have decent midbass, kickers are tinny IMHO

+1, but hes looking for CC accomodation brands.

If youve got a lot of depth to work with, Id go with the momos.

kicker is 70, thats why i thought about using those

I also dont plan on making an insane system.. I use this car to race quite a bit.. so im probably going to just get like an mtx 7500 in a nice vented box, i just like my highs to sound good..

Don't forget the JL XR 3way system. They've come down in price since their hay days of 2000. Sound great in my opinion.
