I aint sure if this has ever been attempted i want to take the passenger side airbag out and put in a dvd player the screen flips up on the dash and the player would go in the glove box i have no idea how about to do this or if its even been done before any advice?

 

Im pretty sure you would set off a bunch of srs codes by pulling the air bag, ignoring that there may be laws against it. Plus the air bag have a shitload of hardware that would not be wise to mess with, you may inadvertantly set off the other air bags or worse, disable them.

Would definitely look cool though.

theres law that say u have to have a driver side airbag atleast i dont know how about doing it though i aint too knowledgeable about pullin an airbag out

you gota blow the airbag out there's a way but i cant exactly remember it.

 

ill try lookin it up i found an article how to access the airbag butas to gettin it out i aint found yet still workin on it

 

when and if you do this the correct way and pop the dash and disconnect take the battery out or unhook it and if you blow it out stay away from the inside of the car.

 

see someone was tellin me to blow it out and i just dont wanna do it lol i dont wanna get hurt in the process ill get around to it one of these days i guess i work too damn much anyways ....

 

go ahead blow it - better take video of it!!! and post !!!

btw - the powder that the airbags a packed with is really hard to clean up...
