Default alpine cda-9813, tunning help

i had a friend install my system when i lived in montana, so he cant help me out. my battery was recently replaced and i lost all of my settings and x-over stuff... i know before there was no bass coming from my 4speakers and 2 tweets and it all came from the subs... now its all miexed up, i got the bass out of the 2 front ones but i cant get it out of my rear ones, and when i do my subs cant even move a leaf... i have no clue on what im doing, so if anybody knows of a website i can read up on this.. lemme kno, i know this is all a case by case basis unless theres an alpine freak out there...
thanx 4 anything to help out
