need help

Default need help

hey i need some help with my amp. I was working with it and the speaker wire touched together when the amp was on and now im not getting any sound to the subs. The amp come on but the subs arent what is wrong with it and can i fix it.

Use a multimeter to test the alternating current output of the amp, see whether it actually has output or not. If it does, the multimeter reading will increase as you increase the volume

ok ill try it. I also tried to hook it up to the other channels but it wasnt working either

Sounds like you fried an amp....what kind is it?

You already checked all your fuses right? Sometimes people forget the small things to.

yea i checked the fuses and the little things like that i thing the amp is fried.
not sure what kind of amp it is the amp is at the house my comp is fried too so hard to get to a comp to talk.
