Default Xbox installation

Any information on installing an xbox and an lcd in a car. I searched a couple places and came up with nothing so anything you have, pictures, links, articles would help alot. Especially anything regarding cooling the xbox, and using a computer lcd in a car. Thanks.

well power inverter for the xbox AND lcd might be a bit excessive, especially when there are 12v monitors designed for this...

my xbox needs 100% all the time, I upgraded the fan just to get it to run cooler, once the cpu hits 87deg it slows to like 3/4 its max speed

in your car, assuming its under the seat or in hte passenger cabin, you shouldnt need any more cooling than that since your AC is running etc. good rule of thumb is that is your comfortable in your car, your xbox will too.

I wasn't concerned about while I was in the car, I was more concerned about it being parked in sunlight throughout the day. Do you think it will damage it in any way, because the temperatures in a standing car in direct sunlight usually rise pretty high.

The Xbox wont activate the fan when the power is off. But as long as its under a seat or somewhere shaded it shouldnt get hot enough to damage the unit while its off.

My PS2 sits under my seat with no probs all day every day.
