Right now I am bassless becuase two of the subs you see in the focus were mine but there sold..

What would you run

15" Ascendent audio Avalanche
or 2 12" Diamond Audio CM3's Both setups gettin 1000rms

 

the Diamonds.

 

Depends what kind of frequency response you want. Buddy of mine just got the Avalance 15 ported, I believe tuned to the low-mid 30s, hits lows awesome but thats about all it does, and it doesnt need 1000rms, its on a JBL 600.1 and it hits pretty hard. But Id go for 12s if I were you, go with the nicer ones though like the M6's (which were discontinued and are now the D6's). Im a big Diamond fan though, not that ascendant is worse, but I like DA's combination of spl and sq in their subs, theyll slam and still sound amazing.

I would run the 2 diamonds. No real reason.

THanks for the replies..THe two Diamonds are actually about $100 cheaper than the one avalanche. And I love the look of there cone as well. Im gettin the first one tommorrow and goin to put it in a exsicting fiberglass box i have sitting around and see what it does. Gunna give it 700rms at 2 ohm on my hifo 1000D.
