Default hidden antenna

just curious if anyone has used or knows if these are any good. I have seen it at advanced auto parts, and it's a universal that sticks to your windsheild horozontally. the antenna I have now is stock and sucks, it has been getting shittier reception lately. some stations nice and stron but others sound like I am just out of range and these are tampa stations while I am in tampa.

Damn, I've already spent ~300 on two annual subscriptions. I wish I had that kind of money to waste. That kinda makes you worry about them, though, because they're essentially making a big short term cash grab that will be very unprofitable long term. How are they doing financially?

Subscribe for the lifetime of your radio
sounds like a crappy deal, esp since you're gonna want to upgrade your unit in a few years, or it might break. Shit, and it's $499 not 350

i wonder if thats just worded wrong, or if thats true... i know month to month, through 1/2 year contract accounts are transferrable between decks...

and for your question, i had one from radio shack. 10 bucks. tore off the 'antenna part', which is tape with a wire on it, and still had decent reception without it.
