Default oh man.. i love it when stuff like this happens

so a while back the blazer flooded, whoops. So I pulled the carpet etc etc and pulled the carpet padding and threw it out. WELL, i have tie downs in the cargo area, which sat flush with the carpet before the matting got taken out..now they are raised like 1/2 inch.

well i put my box in and the seats are still folded down. First tiem i hit thebrakes it tumbles forward..since its sitting on the 1/2 inch rises and not much else, it wobbles. so it tipped over and yanked the grounds out and the speaker wires for the front speakers. I wasnt in a hurry to fix it since i had to move and shit.

so sunday when i get my yellow top, i put everything back together. but everything is really muted. like..the bass is nowhere... im cranking the gains and doing everythign i can do to get any bass, but im just getting distortion from clipping. So im thinking..fuck.. the amp is screwed up or the box is broken. And wasnt pleased.

today on the way to class, it dawned on me.

the bass was turned down on the HU.
