I keep my volume at a moderate level...my loud days are long gone. I'd like to keep my hearing in tip top shape. We'll see who the ones laughing are when you're 30 and need a hearing aid.......

 

eh, i wouldn't call what i do bumping... i don't listen to nearly enough bass heavy stuff (rap, techno, etc.) to bump... i'm usually listening to something like dave or radiohead or on crazy days stuff like mudvayne... though on occasion i do pop in a jurassic 5 cd or something

 

I also 'bump moderately'.. (if that's possible?).. HEH. Sounds like a neat sticker for the back window..

Anyways.. I hate distored sound. I see it everyday in my apartment complex.. cars (nice or beaters) driving through with their shit cranked all the way up, the only bass provided by some factory 6x9's that are cracked and warped to hell.. and all you here is something comparable to someone crinkling up some aluminum foil.

I also hate blasting tweeters with no bass or mids..

 

my ears will bleed before this system distorts... god i really love this system... i get a stiffy just thinking about it... is that weird? getting sexual pleasure from stereo equipment i mean...

 

whwhen people think that little watt amplifiers are gonna bump mega watt speakers, simply disgraceful to a radio and a car

common sense tells you turn it down in neighborhoods (including yours) and parking lots. unless you like to advertise and get your set stolen. its just dumb to play your set right where you plan on parking.
