I don't know for sure.. but I know that you can get a 12" W7 for around $500.. $400 if you shop hard enough.. I'd imagine a 15" W7 w/ DVC is closer to 650? 700? Purely a guess.

I've personally heard a w7. It was only a 10" with about 300w at that. After hearing that sub, I will say, I would take a w7 ANYDAY. IMO, they're one of the best subs out there today, money aside.

Agreed. I've heard the 12".. and it was fucking insane.. Was in an Expedition with a fiberglass enclosure. Running off of a 1000w JL amp..

I know there is a Tahoe in the Houston area that has 2 12 W7's with 2 E-series amps and is getting close to the 160dB range.

I don't think there is much out there that I'd take over a W7..EVER..and not just because I love JL.. but because of the quality and sound of that sub. Simply AMAZING.
