Well, I sold the system in the jeep (which sounded good for the amount of money i spent on it) and am selling the Jeep and buying a 1998 Audi A4. I used to come in here quite often to get advice and you will be seeing more of me. Sorry about our differences when I was using this to sell things. Anyways, I ordered my deck (Alpine IVA-900) and will be ordering my Amps soon, 2 Alpine MRDM1000's along with a Alpine MRDF540, 5 Channel b/c I will be putting a center-channel along with Alpine Dolby Digital Processor. Still debating on whether or not I want to go with Alpine Type-X or Type-R components.

Just thought I would fill you guys in, ill take pictures of the deck when I get it installed.

What can I say I am a Alpine fan, plus it helps that I can get it at cost, otherwise I would go with something else.

Why all Alpine? Do you work at CC or something?

 

if he does work at CC then he doesnt get alpine stuff from CC cuz he says he gets it all at cost and our CC discounts def suck. i am curious too tho where u work / where ur gettin it from. but yeah, i woulda stepped it up to the IVA-D901, the brand spankin new one, but still not a bad way to spend a few grand i guess.

 

That sucks, when I worked for CC a couple years ago we got about 60% off car audio.
