Default Alternator going out?

Here is the situation. I have a fairly small sound system (Infinity Digital 1000W Amp (bigger than i need), and one 12". Lately my bass has become distorted when im stopped at a light (RPMs are low.) The sub just makes a weird vibrating sound but doesnt produce bass. Werid thing is, it seems like this problem happens much more frequently when other accessories are on. Its more likely to happen with Im pressing the brakes, have the headlights on, using the rear defroster, etc. Any ideas?

Have you tested your battery since you replaced it? See if it's holding charge?
