Default Anti-skip CD player?

I need assistance picking out a new head unit.
I drive hard and my suspension is not the softest.
I need a CD player that will not skip when I take corners hard or hit a small bump.
My speakers are going to be pretty basis: 6.5 components and 8-inch subs.
My knowledge of stereo equipment is pretty basic.

I can conceal 8-inch subs under the factory speaker grills.
I learned the hard way. There are a lot of shady people out there. I had a car broken into a few years ago. The thieves did extensive damage to the interior ripping out the stereo equipment and they shorted out the electrical system to get past the alarm. The insurance company ended up totaling out the car. Now I only purchase stereo equipment I can conceal behind factory grilles.

I Also need a better anti-skip CD player. I have 3 JLW610's in my truck and I can barely turn it up with out the deck skipping constantly.

Not to hijack, but would cd-changer be best solution?
