DIY How to restore old mag wheels

Old mag wheels are a dime a dozen these days. Some of them only need a good cleaning. Some need more effort to bring them back to life. I see them in the scrap pile all the time. Whether you are building a Rat Rod or a shiny Hot Rod you can put a set of hot wheels on it for next to nothing. I got these Rocket Wheels for free. Total cost for paint and material was under $20. That's a "Wheel Good Deal".
