Take the heads off yourself, it's not hard, and take 'em over to Clearwater Cylinder Head. They'll either swap you out or rebuild 'em on the cheap.

Clearwater Cylinder Head does excellent head work from what I understand, but I already said that, didn't I?

I second the notion of pulling them yourself. A quick google found this link to shop manuals with a manual in hand, and some patience, you may find you really like digging into the old American Iron.

A little birdy told me to bet you $5,000 that if you take your heads to CCH they will call you and tell you that your head is cracked so you need a new one. Unfortunately, I don't have any alternatives so I can't really help you other than saying I trust my little birdy and I personally wouldn't take anything there................
