Default Quaker Steak 7/14/05

I don't know if all of you know about the TR meet every Thursday at Quaker Steak, but I thought this week I would mention it in here. We go almost every week and it seems it should be good this week. The karaoke is Finally gone, YAY! and a fellow TR'er is going to be doing some mixing from the sounds of it.

Here is a link https://www.tamparacing.com/forums/s...d.php?t=247127

QS gives us the parking lot and we are usually out on the outside patio by the bar. There is a large mix of people of all ages, all types of cars and some bikes. There have been a few classics out there the last couple times, I thought we could add some more . I was going to talk to Bill about it tonight, but I thought I would mention it in case ayone was interested .

Well, I had plans to take my Harley up there, but if it's going to turn into a classic car meet, the SS has a full tank of gas

We'll be there about 7:30 or so but people are there as early as 6:00. We usually stay till 10:30-11:00. They stop serving food at 10:00 I think. It's usually a big turnout. You should try to make it up. We hang out at the outside patio. It's covered so rain or shine .

Anyone else up for it? I'm going to wash the car now.

The jet ski and my car get the garage. The garage isn't big enough for Bill's Buick and my car, they're just too big . I did wash both last night and that was exercise lol.

Here the address:
Pinellas Park - Clearwater, Florida
10400 49th Street (At US 19)
Clearwater, Fl 33762
Phone: 727-572-WING

If you come over the Bayside Bridge just stay on 49th, pass the jail, and cross over Ulmerton, keep going and pass 118th (I think), It will be on your right just before US 19 crosses over 49th. See ya there.

Frank you bringing the Camaro?

I rode my bike to work today because it was so nice out. I'll be up there on the old Harley tonight. The SS is just too brutal in traffic to drive to work in the morning and I really don't feel like going ALL the way back home to get it. I work about a mile from QSL

Thats cool. I hope the weather holds off for you this afternoon. Yesterday was aweful. Our bulding got hit by lightning and I have an outside office. It went through the computer and my hands and feet tingled for about 10min. and it fried one of our comp. lines.

That's awesome!

Well, it's been raining here around 3pm and is usually done by time I leave at 5:30pm. Worst case scenario my bike gets wet. If it's really raining, Julie works up the road and can come pick me up in her TA.
