Default i picked up my motor today

well after 18 months of waiting i picked up my motor today. the one in my sig so i hope to have it in the car and running in 3 weeks. god i hope the install doesn't turn into the nightmare the build did.

venolia custom flat top pistons 11.3-8 to 1 not sure what the compression is yet
indy heads flow 325@ .700 lift and 290 @ .500
indy intake
rollmaster timing chain
small crane hyd roller cam 224/232 540/560 lift
crane roller lifters
crane gold roller rockers
750 holley

the rest of the car setup
727 trans with shift kit
ati 3200, 10 inch tree master stall
ford 9 inch with 3.70 gears
cal-tracs
nitto's 555r's

i'm hoping for 400 rwhp or more

I am sure you will hit over 400rwhp ...Very nice set up When is an eta of it being in?> And what did those pistons cost you lol

720 bucks shipped for the pistons.

3-4 weeks. i'm doing some other work to the car too while the motor is out.

Cal tracs are the bomb and your gonna need them with all that torque.
The motor even looks better in person. I just wish it could of stayed at my house

he helped me pick it up and we had to stop at his house to pick up my engine stand i let him use. so it was only in his driveway for 20 minutes. ( but it was in the back of his truck for 3 hours )


racing-- that's the only place i know of that sells them. i believe it's the only place you can get them since they make them. i've seen pic's of home made ones.
