And just in case anyone wondered what a distributor may look like after being at the bottom of the ocean, here's my prediction

I still have my receipt, I bought it 8-29-95. Going on 10yrs old what do you expect . Still works good, I had to lock it though so it won't advance anymore. I bought my 6AL box at the same time and just had to replace it about 2 yrs ago. I highly recommend them, they last forever lol. I have to admit it wasn't that bad last time I looked though.

It also sits right under my cowl, so it gets wet.

Chrysler made a dist. shield for the trucks that had that problem. I'm sure you could find something to fit.
