Factory 4 link w/ tubular uppers, SSM lift bars, and a good adjustable shock

The best 60' I had was a 1.8 w/ my old cam. Now it's a 1.9. I just replaced all my shocks w/ something from discount, I don't remember what, sesatracts (sp) I think. And recently put a new set of stock springs on it. I have a front sway bar that I leave on, and no rear sway bar. As far as traction, I really don't make enough power to worry about it right now . I heat up a set of Sportsman Pro's, stall it to about 1700 and it hooks just fine.

qA1, Afco, or Koni all make a good shock...

If your hunting for single digit slips, you should really invest in a set AFCO or Koni double adjustables...

Also make sure you have the right spring rate up front. If your front suspension doesnt work, it wont let your rear suspension do the work.....

Thinking about going coil 4 link in back or maybe just ladder bars and coil...The thing is I heard you should keep the leaf to help support the rearend.

I will post pictures of this 69 road race camaro a buddy of mine is fabin some stuff for ..rules say have to keep factory leaf but can add any traction device

I like totalcontrolproducts.com coilover system but not for over 4g's lol...

Pictures of your rear end setups

If your going to have to go with leafs, and this is a drag car then I would go with adjustable ladderbars with full housing floaters. 4 link systems are nice but are a bear to tune with all the adjustments that you can make. Definately scales are nice to adjust a 4 link.
