Motor is set in place-ish. Would have gotten a little farther on it but there was a pretty big spider that wanted me for dinner.

Carb cleaner + lighter = Pwnd

I think thats pretty good for only a couple hours worth a work.

Well, it has been a busy busy weekend, I spent all weekend just about at the junk yard. I was very very lucky and came across an entire lowering suspension on another ranger. It was complete with DJM Lowering I beams.

I also came across an 8.8 3.73 disc brake rear in a 99 Explorer.




Got to drive it last night around the parking lot last night, Almost threw myself threw the windshield when i hit the brakes. Almost done under the hood can't wait to clean it up and wash it.

what color was the truck you got the parts from? Didnt happen to be a red splash did it?

 

it was a 98-ish silver ext. cab, normal bed The truck is still at the LKQ in Clearwater.

 

Ahh, I had my red splash stolen a few years ago, had a ton of crap on it, just thought it may have still been sittin in a yard somewhere..
