Shaun, I should be getting the bushings in tomorrow from Joe. I have tomorrow off too and I'm thinking that the play in the worn bushing is what has been yanking those mountings on that side loose.

Hopefuly the new bushing stops the jerking and the mounts will be safe until they get welded...so, if I can't get the bushings in by myself I'll definitely be in touch.

I may also be in touch with John to see about that welding...

 

Sounds good Chris. Once that new bushing is in it, it will fell like it use to. I'd be very easy on it till you get the TQ boxes welded up.

 

Nice to see you guys in the shop forums. John is a great guy to deal with and has got my project car off to a good start with the parts he has donated. I also picked up some parts at a great price.

The guys over there are good people and really know there shit. You need something done don't think twice about taking to them, it will get done on time and right. Glad to see things are going good for you over there!!

 

Shaun is a good guy, ive delt with him a few times. But do you guys work on anything besides white fox's?

And id like to add that, John and Shaun had a nice BBQ the other day. Well when I showed up my car wouldnt stay started because of crap getting caught in my rear float and made it stick open flooding the motor. He took time away from the BBQ and got me all fixed up and went with me to make sure it was ok...+111 for them....still proving that there good peoples...
