3D Injection Dash Display [VCS3D]


Description:
The VCS3G from Labonte MotorSports is not just an injection controller. It is a fueling computer for water-methanol injection systems. The advanced control algorithm was developed through rigorous engineering and dyno testing to deliver precise control of injection. Delivering the right quantity at the right time leads to maximum horse power and detonation control from an injection system.

Boost/Maf Activated Controller [VC-25D]


Description:
The VC-25D from Labonte MotorSports is engineered to reliably operate Shurflo based alcohol injection systems on turbo Mitsubishi,
Dodge and some Chrysler engines. The controller will increase injection pressure over a user adjustable range and quickly shut off when
boost pressure drops to prevent misfire. 2D control from Boost and MAF signals results in accurate injection for fast spooling turbos.

Failsafe [IFS-10]


Description:
The IFS-10 unit by Labonte MotorSports is designed to ensure reliability for highly modified performance vehicles using Alcohol Injection Systems. The unit can detect faults and will output a 12 volt trigger signal in the event a fault occurs. The Injection Fail Safe unit has an internal flow meter the can measure flow from 100ml/min up to 2.5L/min.

Digital Injection Flow Gauge [IFG-20 & IFG-30]



Description:
Need to know your flow? Labonte MotorSports has the answer. The IFG-20 is a 52mm gauge that can be used with the Injection Fail Safe (IFS-10) to display fluid flow in Real Time. The built in Peak & Hold feature lets you recall the last maximum injection flow rate. No more guess work when tuning to know your systems injection output.

Boost Bypass Kit [BBK-20]

Description:
When used with the Injection Fail Safe (IFS-10), the Boost Bypass Kit will limit Turbo vehicles to wastegate boost pressure in the event the IFS-10 detects any system faults. The fast acting 3-way solenoid adds an additional level of safety for highly modified engines with water/methanol injection.

Fluid Control Solenoid [FCS-10]


Description:
This fast acting 100% methanol compatible solenoid is ideal for instantaneous nozzle response. Manufactured from 303 Stainless Steel, and can flow over 2500ml/min. Designed to be installed between the injection pump output and nozzle(s). Recommend for applications where fluid tank is installed higher then nozzles, or nozzles installed after throttle plate or carb butterflies. Comes with 2 1/4" hose push-to-connect fittings. Compatible with all Labonte MotorSports injection controllers.


Dual Nozzle Setup [NDU-10]


Description:
For any application that requires a second nozzle. Either higher horse power where one nozzle is not enough, or two smaller nozzles to match injection needs exactly. Kit includes Nickle plated T fitting, second nozzle holder and 3ft of additional high pressure hose. Note - Injection Nozzle not included.

Fluid Level Switch [FLS-10]

Description:
Methanol compatible float style level switch that can easily be installed in any fluid tank. The included Amber LED can be installed in the dash or a gauge pod for visual indication of low fluid.
