Well I don't know where to begin with this, We bit the bullet and invested in a inverter welder. The venerable miller synchrowave 200 was a excellent machine to say the least, However the thermal arc-arc master 185 ac/dc with inverter technology absolutely leaves the old technology transformer style welders stand still, Feeling ashamed in every way possible.

The benefits are so vast I will not even begin to write on it as it would take too much time and still will not be able to list them all.

The major benefit is the ability to travel mobile for certain jobs, definitely something that we could'nt do with our 238lbs synchrowave that's the size of a small washing machine, Now compare that to our new 37.5 pound thermal arc that's the size of large lunch box!!

The mobile welding will be available to local shops that can't justify buying a tig machine & special private Jobs, Contact us for welding request.

Yeah It really is and yeah we should, got to fire it up yesterday ,,WOW what a difference!!
