If you look at the picture of his oil pan, it's not that low to the ground. I've seen MUCH much worse. If you have coilovers, raise it up, take pictures, as you have, and present it. Thats as much as you can do.

What mounts do you have?
The oil pan sits perfect with Hasport mounts and doesn't hang very low at all.
Innovative/hybrid mounts on the other hand, fuck those things.
You can see the oil pan hanging from a mile away with those.

according to this thread, if you lower your car, you're a FnF ricer. nothing wrong with having a lowered car, and you're retarded if you think his car is so super low that it shouldnt be on the street. that manhole had to be like 5 inches up from the rest of the road to hit his pan which is rediculous. that would hit alot of stock cars if you go over it just right. go to the government about it, i bet your oil pan replacement would be about the best choice of money spending they've ever made.

train tracks on keysville were 10x worse.. I lost 2 edelbrock downpipes in a month at $180 a piece .. sold the car and they fixed the crossing

bent 4 rims in a construction zone on I75.
Just get a new pan, and pay attention to where you drive. Or get a different car to daily if you don't want to pay attention.

haha i love how everybody on TR has to talk some shit about anything. How the fuck is a lowered car rice? are you kidding me? You people are stupid as shit who say so. This is TampaRACING not TampaGrocerygetter. As most people have said if you can raise your car for the time being i would, atleast until they decide if there gonna pay for the damages or not. im sure if they see it lowered at all they will pull some shit and try to get out of paying. The height of that sewer thing is just insane
