FCK Charlotte county Roads! Plz help!

ok well to i was on my way to my friends house and i was driving down a older road and i was driving about 20-25 MPH and i look down to change the song, next thing i know WAM! i felt my car scrap somthing so im like WTF? i slow down. then i see smoke and turn the car off. i get out and look around an i notice a long trial of oil on the ground. so i followed it and at the end of the trail i find a big pieace of my oil pan on a man hole (suwer thing) so then my friend tells me one of his friends bent his rim on the same part of the road and he called the county and they replaced his rim and tire.

So my question is what can i do to get the county to pay for my new oil pan? also is there a way i can say pass of my car having a rod knock and they could pay me for a new motor? i have the chunk of my oil pan, pics of the damage and a police report on what happend. im planning on going to the county office in a few days and i just want to see if anyone can give me alittle more info on what i can do.

I hope they don't see how low to the ground your car is b/c they are just going to laugh in your face and send you home with a tootsie-pop

My car isent low at all tho that the thing! the man hole is raised a good amount above ground.

Step one: Put your car back to stock height. It looks stupid lowered, anyhow. And stupid shit like this happens to it.

Step two: Re-evaluate your priorities in your car. Do you want to be super skreet racer mad tyte F&F baller, or do you want a car that you can drive on city streets properly?

Step three: Call the city and tell them what happened, tell them you want to be compensated

Do them in that order, or don't do them at all.

Make sure your car is legal limits when it come to height which i believe is at least 26 inches at the most from the middle of the headlight to the ground. And call county/report it etc.

Raised a good amount?

That picture says differently.

Let me get this straight, you want taxpayers to pay for your car because its low? Not only will they laugh in your face when you say its lowered, but the fact they you're suggesting that taxpayers pay for your mistake is making me laugh as well. Not trying to offend, but shit happens to lowered cars.

pictures are kind of decieving, in the fourth one I thought that was the pothole.

tuner1989 11-08-2009 09:36 PM

^ The county will just use it to pay for something even dumber, and potholes in that are are stupid high, they must hire retarded construction workers.
