Default Mazda Warranty question

have an '04 Mazda6s V6. passenger seat belt decided to quit on me randomly. Buckle will not go into housing. It feels like there is something blocking it or stuck in it. I compared the drivers side housing to the non-working one and it looks like a piece is missing from the inside. This piece would push aside the locking bump when inserting the buckle. I tried pushing down the release button but that doesn't help it go in either.

Does Mazda warranty the seat belt assembly for life like Honda does? If not is there any other place besides the dealer I can buy an OEM housing?

Maybe, depends when you bought the car, the dealership might take it and fix it.
