1999 Integra LS no spark???
Alright, I am pretty savy with cars and a lady her at work said her car died in the parking lot. Went out to look:
Car cranks, checked for spark... there is none. So typically next step is pull distributor check for gumming on cap, coil, ignitor in my book. But the rotor didn't spin, timing belt is fine, when dizzy is offer taper spins the rotor, rotor spins the taper, it is in correctly as it doesn't spin freely.
Anyone have any ideas, quick things to check etc.

Jump your service connector and look for these codes 4,8,9 anyone dizzy is bad.

See if timing belt is broke or you dont have the notches on dizzy lined up

If you dont want to pull timing belt cover just pull dizzy off and crank motor and make sure cam is turning

Pulled the cover, timing belt looks new. So its hooked up. Read your post #2 and looked at the link. I am still not really understanding this. Will 4,8,9 light up on the dash. I know this is stupid that I do not know the answer, but googling isn't telling me much, because its probably too obvious.
The jumper is on the passenger side? I guess its going to be a little hole I jab a paper clip into, kinda like the old auto seatbeat reset hole.

No you wont lose timing, but there is no point now since you know timing belt is good cause you pulled cover.
Pull distibutor back off and spin taper gear and make sure rotor spins. If yes put srew back in and reinstall lining up taper to camshaft( only goes in one way) and try it again making sure rotor turns
