No I changed the distributor and ecm with no luck. Am I forgetting something? Grounds are fine as well.

I'm pretty sure it uses the distributor pickup for it.

the computer controls it, but you're correct, bad pickup = no injector pulse

That would be the eec relay. I changed it out but it does not click when I turn on the key. All wires in it have voltage tho?
