Default Llumar Vs Solarguard (car tint brands)

This is for car tint: i don't want to hear about the specs of the two because I know all about the warranties and the supposed quality of the products. I want to know personal experiences with the two brands, mainly the color differences, effectiveness of heat reduction, and the actual feel of the tint if that makes any sense.

Please do not post where to get it done, i already have a few places in mind.

Thanks for the help TR!

LOGIC? You seriously want to invoke logic in a conversation about fake hijackings, missiles hitting the pentagon, and bombs planted throughout the world trade center? I thought it was a given that logic was checked at the door when entering one of these threads.

Thanks man, I appreciate your response.

Another question added: Anyone get theirs done at Audio Itch on Dale Mabry?
Have a clue what brand they use?

llumar makes really good film; So does Solorguard.

You cant really go wrong with either brand just make sure you get it from a reliable shop, there are some shady people in the window tint buisness. Also dont get anything illegal tint wise or the warranty will be void even if the installer is willing to put it on. They have to go back the manufacturer for warrenty issues and they have to report what its for.

like if you do something like what the guy above did and went with 5% all the way around the warrenty is void. 5% on any vehical thats not a limo is illegal. and you cant have 20% on the front two windows. Make sure you know whats legal

Both of those companies are on the bigger side of the compitition.
(I used to work for FTI (film tech inc.) who made Sunguard films.)
