Yes it is reccomended to have it resurfaced or replaced. Is the seal leaking? If not, just go by your mileage. If it is high. Then you might as well since it is apart. Depends on the clutch manufacturer. How much power you puttin down? You want a sprung or unsprung disc?

its a stock 1.6 with a breedy turbo. according to the dyno sheet it makes 190h.p. at 6 thousand r.p.m i don't plan on hammering it to pieces and i don't want muscle spasms in my leg at red lights either however i don't want to change it in 6 months because of cheap parts. i'm new to these cars and i appreciate any help.

Exedy OEM replacement will be fine for <200whp and can be had off ebay for cheap.

Resurfacing or replacing the flywheel is recommended but not necessarily a must. I know from experience.

AE sells combos, but they're pretty pricey.

Clutch City Online - Exedy, LuK, Valeo, Sachs (OEM and Racing Clutch Kits) (located in largo) sells both flywheels and clutches, thats where i get my clutches...

ive heard a lot of people talk about baycityclutches, but ive never dealt with them, and i dont know if they to flywheels or not

call around, im sure you could find a deal somewhere close.
