Default Another "DSM with a problem" thread

Well heres another problem for you guys, lately the car has not been running right. If im just cruising down the road and a light turns red and shift to neutral to come to a stop, the RPMs drop really low and it sounds like its only running on 2 or 3 cylinders. It will run like this until i come to a complete stop then the RPMs will start to pick back up again and it returns to a normal idle. If i just keep rolling, it will just keep idling very low for like 15 sec and then pick back up. If im just cruising in 5th gear at like 50mph, and step on the gas just a little it will hesitate and buck until it starts getting into boost range. (5th gear is the worst but it does it in all other gears too). Under boost the car runs fine, so i dont think it could be a boost leak. Starting to think maybe its a plug or plug wire, ill check the plugs today. Also my BOV dump tube ripped a few weeks ago and i taped it back together until i can find a new one, maybe its venting just enough to cause problems? Ill check that today as well. Anything like this ever happen to anybody else? Any help or suggestions? Thanks.

The fact that your venting is your problem. Get a recirc tube and it will run much better.

Its probably that dump tube but I bet if you change your spark plugs and maybe the wires you should have no more problems

maf-t= mass air flow translator.

which is a gm maf and a translator so you can run it on your car. basically youll be able to vent with it, and has alot more airflow potential then 2gmaf, not that theyre bad though.
