ls vtec

hey i need any information on ls vtec.
how do you do it?
whats involved?

i have a 96 integra ls. how do i make it an ls vtec. how much mony would it cost?

using a vtec head from either a gsr,itr or b16 head. Using your block. Runing a oil line from block to the head. (They sell kits for this now) Your looking at like 2500-3500 done right. And depends on what you want really. You can turbo them. Its not just a all motor setup. Should search on google for this really. Much more useful information.
