Default nitrous

im thinking about running a small wet shot, like around 50-60 in my car, its got a 5.6Lv8. i am looking for peoples suggestions as to if i should replace anything so i dont blow the engine, thanks.

just drill a hole into the air intake,hook it up and spray way!

If this is an older vehicle replace the fuel pump. Other than that starting hitting the happy juice.

if its new you should be ok but i wouldnt go any higher than a 50 on stock parts....invest $ in getting the right internals then spra or boost...make it more efficient and dont listen for a bearring to spin and rod to snap or your wall to crack every time you get red button happy

I thought we did this in GCC a while back? As long as you have enough fuel and your timing is right, you should be safe with a V-8 up to the 100-125 range. Honestly, a 50 shot on your heavy car is going to feel about the same as driving on a cold morning. You'll know you're making a little more power, but it won't be enough to get excited Weren't you having tranny problems? If so, forget about nitrous, the tranny's the first to go.
