It's called a stepped lip...there is only one and it has a step in it. G/L double lip is a sleeve over the outer lip so that there is the wheel lip and then a cosmetic "sleeve" lip. Vossen used to do it and it sucks. Stepped Lips are sweet Double Lips are ghey.
