these are brand new wheels off of a 2005 Toyota Avalon, they were mounted on the car at the factory and when they got to the dealer were pulled off and replaced for aftermarket wheels, they have never been driven on except for off the assembly line, onto the transport, onto the dealer and into the bay where they were taken off, they still have the protective plastic on them, but with rips around the valve stems to remove the tires
