Guys be carefull, im sure you may know the smaller the pully you go the more KR you will get , these Eaton superchargers are heat sinks and get really hot, I am so glad I put my IC on ecspecially with the heat in the summer it cools the charged are around 110*-160* thus letting me drop from a 3.4 to a 3.4.....I can run a 2.7 with proper tuning and less timing, but I chose to run a 2.9 with more timing=free HP and makes the SC spin slower creating less heat and make for a happy engine. I am sure they will make an Intercooler for the cobalts and Ions in the future...good luck with it....my Impala SS suprises quite a few people

IMO 350 aint bad when you are getting someones knowledge that does it everyday vs me buying the program and blowing my car up b/c im a noob 
None of the cars he tuned (RL's) really impressed me (power wise) but once again #'s are just #'s, i have yet to see any of those cars perform on the street

ive only put a few mods on here... if i put them all i would fill the sig box lol i have a heatexchanger and im putting the stage 3 dual pass endplate on along with it...also thinking about spraying the heat exchanger with some liquid co2 but that wont be ready for this track day.

ZZP has great customer service from my experience. I dont know from the way your talking if you know the LSJ's come intercooled stock with a laminova water-air intercooler, some upgrade by adding a second HE in ddition to the stock one or converting the end plate on the intake manifold to dual pass... a must when running anything smaller than a 2.8 IMO...

nothing to hard... i put the downpipe and header on at the same time but you just take the stock header off and put this one on. i think its great i love it. very unresrictive... you cant tell i have it looking in the engine bay tho.. i modified the stock heatshield to fit and bolted it back on lol.
