Red Star rising over South Tampa.
Hey there Tampa Bay! I've been "racing" modded Hondas on Waters Ave. on the way to and from school for a few months now (In reality its first to speed-limit [50]), but It wasn't until the other night when I got my ass handed to me right by downtown Tampa that I wanted to really get into racing.
