Thankx Colin~
I didn't get to ask either of them. I'm sure the GTO was stock, the EVO I'm not sure but I think it was as well.

I have 4.56 gears, O/R H-pipe and Magnaflow mufflers.

Quite the opposite. The auto's are about 5 tenths slower then the 5 speeds on average.

Is your GT stock? It would take quite a few mods to get it to run with a stock Mach 1. Mine went 13.2 @ 104 bone stock to the air in the tires in not so great weather.

Next up was the EVO. I had seen this car alot when I used to have go to up a different road and he always turned. Now we take the same route to work but I'm usually alot earlier then I was today. Anyway, it was Red and the guy driving look Latin. We went from a 35-40 roll, I'd say I put 1-2 cars on him. Went again from a little bit faster roll and about the same thing. I let out once I got ahead because I didn't really want to chance it. He gave me a thumbs up and told me nice car, I said the same and off to work.

I was really impressed with the EVO, it seems to be much quicker than I thought it would be from a roll. As for the GTO, it was most likely an '04 because it was slower then hell.
good kill...sounds like ive met both of these guys, hard to say on the GTO when you say stripping are we talind some big black GTO the went over the roof and onto the trunk? the EVO did it have a big frount mount?

I thought they all had big front mounts? But yes it did.

As for the GTO it had some kind of colored stripes down the side of it, not very big though.

I dont know about that, I do believe the autos are just as quick or quicker I have drove a shit load of machs both manual and auto and im pretty impressed w/ the way the autos run.. I also ran that car the same day Goose did from a dig to about 110, it started to pull about a car length on me and then he let out. I was impressed w/ the way our cars ran against it. The guy driving was a danm good driver also. that was the first time i had a chance to run a Mach1 and was happy w/ the outcome..

I'm not going to post them here, but here is the 1/4 mile list from the Mach 1 Registry.

http://www.mach1registry.org/forums/...ead.php?t=2860

I promise you, I've owned the car for over two years and kept up with all the 1/4 times for awhile because my car for awhile was the 2nd fastest bone stock Mach by .001 for a long time.

The auto's are much better than previous years, but they're about as fast as a 5 spd GT.

Yes, the Evo comes with a front mount from the factory. Did it have a stock exhaust? The exhaust is one of the very first things people upgrade, it's unlikely it had anything done to it if it was on a stock exhaust.
