from my understand the 07 skyline is to be a 4.5L V8 TT in the 50k range. off the showroom floor, if its where im guessing itll be 4000lbs, 450hp or so, it should be a low/mid 12 second car. but on the otherhand, the new f-body will be out within a year or so of that, so i will probably wait a while for prices to come down and see how well things got engineered.

The cars are CAPABLE of exactly the same. You mod a Spec V suspension with coilovers, sway bars, strut bar, and you mod an XE/GXE the same way, what do you get? the VERY SAME RESULTS.

shit, I was just in a show with a buddy of mine saturday in Panama City. He's got easily, one of the cleanest Spec V's I've EVER seen. Nismo lip kit, header, stromung, SAFC II, full clean audio, etc. Did it all himself. The engine bay is so clean your mother would let you lick it. I give him props because of the work he's done. Not about his engine.

I'm not gonna sackride an engine, unless, like you said, it's a 2jz, SR20, Rb series, LS1, etc.

Anyways, here's just one of many shots of his car I got. BTW, his full exhaust with stromung and header is more quiet than my 3" turbo back.




BTW, pegleg burnouts save money (aka, i only have to replace 1 tire instead of two )
