Default FS/FT: 1971 VW Fastback

Posted in wrong section-- my bad.

.Back up for sale, 2k OBO also taking trades for a Nissan 240.

The Good:
Newly rebuilt 1600cc with Dual Webbers
All original glass (Minus front window which was replaced for safety)
Original interior (Have both front seats, and can include in sale)
4 speed manual tranny that shifts great
Vintage 1968 Porsche chrome wheels in great condition tires
I have it wired for a stereo, just need to put one in it
Spindle lowered.

The Bad:
Has rust damage on passenger A-pillar and Drive C-pillar
Small vacuum leak in fuel return line
Speedo non-functional
Non original seat in it now (again, can include in sale.)

Hows it have a vacuum leak in the fuel return line? the car isnt fuel injected so it shouldnt have a return line, just a feed from the tank to the fuel pump.

Sorry, I'm pretty new to VWs-- but reading through the manual, you're right, and I completely goofed. The fuel feed had a hole in it-- it's now patched. No leak!
