mine broke somehow. Opened up my hood to look at something im wanting to do and noticed its broken in half and the part that broke is still on the stick just sitting on top of the still attached part.

anyone how where to get one? and how to replace it?

i hate when i break my dipstick tube.....it happens a lot from repeated insertion of the dipstick...sometimes it happens when i jam it in too hard.

sorry i had to bring the homo eroticism from bike tech over here...my bad.

 

Common problem. The plastic gets brittle and just crumbles. By b6 a4 pulled off in my hand and then the plastic around the tube started crumbling at the same time. had to carefully pick it all off so it did not fall down the tube. Easy to change though.

 

just go to the dealer ship, they are only like 2 bucks or something

 

i keep them in stock all the time. just swing on by i'll get you taken care of!

 

Its not just the stick. It's the tube that has plastic as well and will fall in the hole if you are not careful.
