I agree. Thats one of reasons why I havent gotten a new car yet. Im trying to hold out for the 24V GTI/Jetta GLI or the 25th GTI.

Hell if it managed to get here before the 24Vs I dont think I would even look at a 24V.

I want those Recaros!!

You can get all the parts and turn your car into the same vehicle relatively cheap. Talk to Roger Moore on Vortex. He imports all the shite.

I doubt that you could do it for any cheaper. The rims are a special VW only size and the Recaros alone would cost a small fortune. Besides with the current models you wont get the cool 6 speed tranny. And its not destined for the normal 1.8Ts for a while.

Also what car did they pull the vented 10 rear rotors from? I know the front 12.3s could be from a TT.

Have you driven the 24v? How does it feel? Smooth power band like the old vr6?

$27k! No VW is worth that much especially a Jetta. (No offense to those that own them.) For that kind of cash I would go to Audi without a second thought. If they want to move upscale then they need to do some serious updates with their service departments. Suncoast is okay but Bob Boast VW has their head up their ass when it comes to customer service.
