03 gti 1.8t spark plugs??

which plugs to run?? gap?? it has BBt28 turbo 440cc injectors... lmk thanks

i have an 02 GTI with a APR stage 3+ with the GT28RS Turbo and 550 cc apr injectors and i run NGK PFR7B plugs gapped at .024

ran them for about a year now.... seem to be doing a fine job...

ive done a good but of it other then that my buddy josh does the work he has been a VW tech for 10+ years now....

you finnaly got the turbo for it, thats sick. we gotta meet up some time, i wanna see it. i should be getting back in to a VW here soon
