I realize this is fictional and everything, but why is it so easy for Marian to believe Guy over Robin? Robin has never lied to Marian, and Guy clearly has. And yet, one word from Guy and she believes his word over Robin's when she basically told him that if the story about him being a traitor was true that she wouldn't marry him. He's not an honest man, and he wants Marian. He's not about to admit the one thing that would make her back out of the wedding. It's kind of ridiculous that she can't see that.
