Help! posting a video

Folks, how do I go about posting a video to TR, that was sent to me in a yahoo email?

Logically, I would compose a yahoo email with an attachment?...and send it to another yahoo address?
OR
"forward" the yahoo email to another yahoo address?

However.....
There doesn't seem to be an interchangeable "forwarding" between
yahoo.com and wwwtamparacing.com....

Any suggestions?

this isn't a post i'd expect from geriatricbob(jk) save the attachment on your harddrive and go to youtube.com and make an account ad upload it that way.

Like said above, save the file to your HD and then host it on one of the various video hosting sites.

Youtube is streaming, as you probably/hopefully already know so no one would have to download it to watch it.

You can also use any of these:
