Fake or not, the reason why I hate toy dolls ! 
Happens around :35 into it. watch closely at the arm of the doll in the back !

setup... notice how the camera isn't centered on her kid more like in the middle of her kid an the doll, then once the candle moves she finally centers her kid in the picture
